The Origin.
LeadLift was founded by Liam Dowell, who, throughout his career as an SDR, BDR, and Account Executive for both startups and enterprise organisations, observed a critical and consistent gap in sales team training and enablement. Despite their potential, many companies struggled to provide their sales teams with the tools and support needed to excel in outbound prospecting.
Liam identified several root causes behind this challenge:
• Limited funding and resources hindered comprehensive training initiatives.
• Inadequate management capabilities left teams without proper guidance.
• A lack of accountability perpetuated inefficiency and high turnover.
This combination of issues led to a cycle of underperforming sales teams, significant churn, and missed revenue opportunities. Frustrated by the inefficiencies but inspired to create a solution, Liam envisioned LeadLift as an alternative: a outbound service allowing companies to outsource outbound prospecting without the risks of inexperienced staff, high turnover, or the inefficiencies caused by undertrained teams.
